LinkedIn/Twitter Announcements

  • Announcement of your sponsorship to over 9,000 LinkedIn and 2,000 Twitter followers on the MTAA accounts

Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Email your social media message, hyperlink and images to MTAA Events.
  2. Promotion of your products/services is allowed, however, it is recommended to discuss your support for the industry.
  3. No sales jargon to be used.
  4. Message must meet social media limitations:
    • Twitter: 200 characters 
    • LinkedIn: 700 characters
  5. The high-resolution RGB of your logo submitted on your Sponsorship registration will be used
  6. Post will link to your chosen landing page as provided (ensure link is tested before sending to MTAA)

Exhibitor Booth

  • Positioned in the high traffic space where morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served
  • Includes:
    • 2x representatives from your company at the booth
    • 1x Full Registration ticket for one of your representatives
    • 1x trestle table and white tablecloth (1.8m long x 0.8m wide)
    • 2x chairs
    • 1x charging station with 19 inch digital display you can upload content for (no audio)

Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Charging station specs:
    a) Content is best supplied in landscape for HD screen (16.9). No audio, visual only.
    b) Acceptable formats: MP4, JPEG or looping JPEG. We find a series of slides or a short video works best.

30 second Feature on Showreel

  • Demonstrate your product or advertise your mission and vision statement with a 30 second message on how your organisation is helping create a healthier Australia.
  • This showreel will be used to promote the Conference beforehand. 

Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Video brief - questions to answer in your clip:
    a) What are the trends you have seen affect the MedTech industry in your area of expertise/service?
    b) Why are you joining the MTAA MedTech22 Conference?
    c) What developments are you most excited about in the MedTech industry coming out of Covid-19?
  2. Filming will be done at the MTAA office in Macquarie Park during the first two weeks of August 2022. Please ensure you have a representative available for this session (30mins).

30 second Intermission Video

  • Played on rotation at the Conference between sessions and during breaks.

Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Video specs:
    a) High definition for projection on the large screens during the Conference. 
    b) MP4, MOV or AVI format. 
    c) Max. 30MB. 
  2. Video brief: This is open to your messaging, keep in mind the audience and consider the relevance to the attendees and overall Conference.

Newsletter Feature

  • Include an article in the Members Update newsletter sent to thousands of subscribers.

Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Title with 7 word limit
  2. Abstract with 40 words limit
  3. Full page with images on the MTAA website, exposed to 4,000+ website visitors. No word limit
  4. Hyperlink to external webpage for additional reading
  5. Optional: Contact details to learn more.

Flyers/Handouts

Session Introduction

  • Introduce a session that is close to the values of your organisation and aligned with your
    activities.

Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. MTAA will provide the sessions available for introductions to Sponsors based on package levels. 
  2. MTAA must be briefed on introductory speech 5 business days before session for approval.

In-Event Announcement

  • Send one SMS announcement per  day to attendees during the event.

  2. Messages must be approved by MTAA Marketing Manager, Louie Radburnd, prior to sending.
  3. Messages must be submitted no later than Monday, 26 September 2022.

  • Have your logo present on most communications promoting the conference.
  • Newsletters are sent to over 8,400 Australian Healthcare professionals subscribed to MTAA's communications.
  • General logo placements and sizing are prioritised by packages and first come, first serve.
  • Sponsored Sessions (Keynote Speakers and Panel Sessions) will be given priority placement over Major Partner and Supporting Partners for specific newsletters on their sponsored sessions.
