By using this Platform provided by the Medical Technology Association of Australia, (“MTAA”), you indicate that you agree to the collection and use of your information by MTAA as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Why we collect information

MTAA collects information to improve the user experience provided before and during the MTAA MedTech Conference with your contact information used in the Platform. The exception to this rule is Presenters and Advertisers (sponsor & exhibitor) information, where their information may be publicly available information.

The ability to send you Conference Emails is an important part of our ability to serve you as an attendee and will discontinue 3 months after the event. Out of respect for your privacy, Conference Emails will be limited to 3 emails a week before the event, and 2 emails a week 3 - 6 months before the event. The MTAA MedTech Conference Webcast video service (when available) provides you the opportunity to opt out of having your personally identifiable information used by notifying MTAA staff or changing your profile settings at any time.
